Gym Reservation Settings

Controls the player Reservations tab. Capacity = how many players can reserve the same time. Turn on "block during sessions" for single-court gyms so reservations can't overlap a class.

Placeholder Spots

Reserve seats for trials, holding spots, or incoming players. Placeholders count toward capacity but stay invisible to real players. Add single-date placeholders from the Sessions tab.

Open-gym reservations players booked. Grouped by day, then location.

Bookable Events

One-off events players book from their Events tab: clinics, camps, media days. Turn on "Time slots" to split the window into times players claim (media day). Turn on "Invite only" to limit booking to players you assign.
